A Fire Within

In this month's Bible study, Lt. Colonel Vern Jewett studies the moment Jesus appears to the disciples on the road to Emmaus. After this encounter, the disciples asked each other- “Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?” (Luke 24:32)

As the holy spirit reaveals His word in scripture, are our hearts burning for the things of God as well?
